The route will take the Team and the team across undulating terrain where on their first day they will not only will be trekking 26 miles but climbing the equivalent of the height of Ben Nevis. They will also have to camp two nights out in the Icelandic wild terrain. On the second day they will be trekking 26 miles and just short of the height of Scafell Pike and having to cross rivers and glaciers. This is one of the toughest challenges.
Violet was diagnosed with Autism in July 2009. Violet is 8 years old and since starting the Son-rise program she has made excellent progress with her speech and language. Violet still has many challenges which she is working hard with every day but is still a very happy and loving little girl. Autism doesn't have to be a life sentence for Violet and we can honestly say that we are very optimistic and hopeful about the future for her. Any donation, no matter how small is very much appreciated and will go towards helping this amazing little girl continue on her journey to a better future.
All monies raised will go towards funding Violets Son-Rise program which relies on qualified child facilitators and support workers
Any donation, no matter how small is very much appreciated.
